Paris and Nicole Can't Get Enough of Sonic Drive-In
Do they ever leave the place?
When Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie hang out at Sonic Drive-In … that’s hot?
Let’s watch the pair show up in a sweet ride and riff on specialty beverages:
They’re looking more alike than ever, and just launched a Peacock mini-series, too.
Developed by Paris’ 11:11 Media, the :50 for Sonic proves merrily meta on multiple levels. The stars’ longstanding affinity for the place began in 2003, when the chain featured in an episode of their show The Simple Life.
So, the campaign plays like a running gag still going strong after 20 years.
Plus, they gently zing marketing itself, brainstorming product names and tossing around the word “iconic” like we do right here in the media. (Proud to own it!)
Richie’s concoction rocks Dr Pepper and strawberries. Paris prefers a mixture of Sprite, dragon fruit and Nerds candies. They christen these creations with their own names, natch.
