Coach Plays Time Like a Fiddle in Trippy Spots
Plus more of the week's best campaigns from Europe

Coach takes time into its own hands with this campaign by Mother London. Unlike Samsung’s AI work we covered recently, the ads make a case for putting your phone away—ideally by tucking it into your handbag, then watching time around you slow, even in the most frenetic cityscapes.
Maybe you’ll enjoy the magic all around you. The brand isn’t wrong.
In 2021, Romania released the nation’s first banknote to feature a woman when World War I soldier Ecaterina Teodoroiu appeared on the 20-lei bill. Sadly, limited circulation meant hardly anyone saw it, mirroring the country’s failure to modernize representations of women.
The FILIA Center and the Gender Equality Coalition seized on this to draw another parallel: For the last decade, the Romanian National Health Strategy has sought to implement free, universal access to contraception. But the 7.5 million lei needed to make that happen has never been prioritized.
To raise awareness, “Pass the Bill” recreates the ill-fated 20-lei banknote. Though it has no monetary value, scanning a QR code raises 20 symbolic lei for the contraception promise. The campaign features actress Ilinca Manolache, and the bills will be distributed by Regina Maria, Romania’s largest health network. DDB Romania fashioned the campaign.
If your historic building is going to get tagged, you can at least hope it’s decorated by somebody with a vision. You can pray for a Banksy, or something resembling art. But the graffiti gods are fickle.
Dude London, which has a pretty gorgeous venue, woke up one morning to find its outer walls defaced with some lazy, crap nonsense. So, they used the style of the graffiti (and its wording) to create Rusht Gewey Hotsex Pistol Pete Sans: a “revenge” font that anybody can download.

There’s also an option to make a donation to the nonprofit Bow Arts, which nurtures diverse talent in London. Get it here.
