Foodora Wants to 'Stick With You.' Everywhere. All the Time

GUT cooks up kooky campaign for meal delivery service

Pastel hues, a “la la la” chorus and some refugee from MTV circa 1983 strumming his ax in the shower.

Are you hungry yet?

GUT Amsterdam gets whimsically weird for European delivery service Foodora in fun films from director Robert Llauró.

Meet Moe—as in Pro Moe—the nerdy-cool, guitar-wielding embodiment of a promotion code.

He’s everywhere you are. All the time, basically. With his themesong—a cover of Kylie Minogue’s “Can’t Get You Out of My Head”—cranked up to 9.

Catchy tune, campy visuals, just random enough to resonate.

“The magic truly comes alive once we’re on set,” GUT creative director Guillaume Roukhomovsky tells Muse. “From casting, wardrobe, set-design to lighting, it’s all about infusing the energy of a night out into the way we capture ‘a night in,’ showcasing cozy evenings as epic concerts or packed venues.”

The tagline, “It’s Gonna Stick With You,” highlights Foodora’s ability to enliven evenings when folks find themselves stuck at home or work.

“The same energy, dramatic lights, striking outfits, vivid contrasts and dynamic camera movements bring that electrifying nightlife feel to every moment,” Roukhomovsky says. “Every detail that went into the craft of this campaign was laser-focused on making nights pulse.”

As for Moe, “He represents thoughts stuck in your head—just like a good promo: these kinds of loud, earmwormy thoughts, impossible to unsee, unhear or ignore. And he won’t leave you alone.”

Um, OK. Just keep Moe out of my shower.

The work breaks this week across TV, OOH and digital in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
