NYC & Company and Clio Awards Seek Creative Ideas for Tourism Recovery in NYC
Agencies are invited to download the brief
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating effect on New York City, with the future of its renowned tourism industry under unprecedented threat.
Now, creative people can help.
NYC & Company, the official destination marketing association and convention and visitors bureau for the five boroughs, in collaboration with the Clio Awards, is searching for creatives and agencies to help revitalize the brand of New York City with fresh creative ideas.
NYC & Company and Clio today released a creative brief, asking for campaign ideas that would remind viewers of what they love and miss about the five boroughs, and make them long to visit and explore NYC once again—with the firm reminder that the NYC they know and love will be back, and better than ever.
Deliverables
• Creating a new logo and tagline for the City’s Tourism Recovery efforts
• Creating a media campaign that includes a :30 content piece and gratis distribution plan for this content
• Offering research that will inform the approach of the campaign
This is a pro bono project. NYC & Company welcomes submissions from any agency or individual willing to participate by donating their services and being a part of the response at this critical moment in time.
