Dr. Squatch Insures Nick Cannon's Balls for $10M

All hail the MVB (most valuable balls)

Following the stream of celebrities with body parts insured, Nick Cannon is protecting his most-discussed asset: his balls. (His ex, Mariah Carey, has a different type of below-the-waist coverage.)

Cannon’s $10 million insurance policy was taken out in partnership with Dr. Squatch to promote its new line of ball-care products, such as Beast Wipes, a Groin Guardian Electric Trimmer and Ball Barrier Dry Lotion.

The products offer ball-to-ball coverage (insurance for the little guys) and scored Cannon the title of “Most Valuable Balls.” Yes, his family jewels are officially golden gonads.

And lest we forget, Cannon likes to give his—um, sack—a real workout. Dude’s a baby-making machine!

In a :30 promo from Made You Feel and directed by Kyle Beiermesier, Cannon gives off “Most Interesting Man in the World” vibes. When he’s not blinded by his MVB’s (see above), Cannon sits between two ladies noting that “smooth game gets you nowhere without smooth balls to match.”

The video will run across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and TV platforms.

“The impetus behind the partnership and Nick’s insurance policy was to bring attention to the taboo topic of below-the-belt hygiene, in support of our Ball Care product launch,” says John Ludeke, vice president of marketing at Dr. Squatch.

“We want guys to feel more comfortable talking about down-there grooming and taking pride in it because when they do, they’re able to live happier and healthier lives. Nick is known for many things, but having a huge family tree is one of the biggest ones of late. It was a no-brainer to take an insurance policy out on his balls, given how prolific they are on the reproduction front.”

Dr. Squatch used this Ball Valuation Tool to determine Cannon’s balls value based on size, bedroom behavior and fave characteristics.

“Haters say it’s time for me to stop having kids and put this super sperm to rest, but I’m doubling down on these valuable balls and my future kids,” says Cannon. “Shoutout to Dr. Squatch for giving my balls the credit they deserve and hooking me up with the protection I need to keep this family tree rolling!”
