Today, we’re proud to introduce Tagline, a new podcast about great ads and the people who make them. This project began in 2019, when we celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Clio Awards. We looked back at a lot of classic advertising that year and were inspired by fascinating stories we heard about some of that old work. The goal of Tagline is to dig deeper into classic pieces—some older, some more recent—to learn how they were made, and what they can teach us about creating great advertising today.
