How you bring creativity and innovation to your work
Creativity and innovation drive me. I embrace and celebrate the creative process, I pride myself on recognizing creative blocks and, in the end, I want to work on stuff that makes portfolios and wins awards. If someone on my team has an ambitious goal, I’ll lose sleep trying to figure out how we’ll pull it off.
About a recent project you’re proud of
The Listerine x Compound brand collab. Its objective was to increase awareness and champion diversity in dentistry through art and music. This collaboration included bottle art by King Saladeen and music by Thundercat. The proceeds supported IDID, which provides opportunities for underrepresented populations in the U.S. who are interested in the dental profession. Working with their incredible leaders, we created a conversation about the importance of access and representation, while generating proceeds that supported very deserving students on their path to becoming professionals.
What you’re most excited about right now in the health space
All conversations around inclusion, whether it’s in research, medical trials, entering the medical field or illustrations in medical texts. Inclusive and equitable access to treatments and care is paramount.
What it means to you to be selected as a Clio Health Innovator
That my work matters.
“Pam brings compassion, energy, urgency, and kindness to the team and those are just four of the countless qualities Pam holds. Every time you walk by Pam in the office, she’ll smile at you. Pam is very detailed oriented and cares about the little things. You can see that in her day to day life by seeing that she takes the time out of her day just to smile at her coworkers, she’s so thoughtful.”—Lucas Gustafson, copywriter, Doner
